Business Alliance Program (BAP)

TAITRA's Business Alliance program is a unique service in which TAITRA works closely with the government in actively inviting foreign as well as overseas Chinese investors to Taiwan. International Marketing of Agricultural Products

TAITRA carried out a series of agricultural product promotion activities here and abroad, including food fairs, trade missions, fruit fairs, agricultural related seminars and forums, It also assisted in helping domestic enterprises participate in major international food fairs and hosted a number of Taiwan agricultural fairs in Europe, the USA, Asia, and Australia...

In addition, several long-term sales units called Taiwan Agricultural Products Corners were established in Hong Kong, Beijing , Shanghai, Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo.

Branding Taiwan

By employing resource integration to assist in the establishment of brands and in creating a favorable environment for brand building, the government has effectively incorporated the Image Enhancement Plan (IEP) into the Branding Taiwan campaign initiated in 2006. For its part, TAITRA established a branding venture capital fund which supports a favorable environment for brand development, a brand pricing system, human resources and training, a brand consulting and e-business platform, as well as encourages raising the international image of Taiwan products and brands.

Major activities include training/workshops, the Taiwan Excellence Awards , the Taiwan Top 10 Global Brand Valuation & Awards , and participation in major domestic and international activities that promote Taiwan's industry expertise, branding, and product excellence. Government-sponsored Overseas Exhibitions

Several overseas exhibitions were sponsored by different government agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of National Defense.  Consigned exhibitions were conducted in Central and South America the Asia-Pacific region, Africa, western Asia , and other areas.
